3 ways to meet your fitness needs

SOLO TRAINING

The Hangar is accessible 24 hrs/day 7 days/week to members to train when you want and how you want. If you're looking for a place with all the right equipment, without any of the fuss, this place was made for you.

CLASS TRAINING

For those that need a bit more direction or accountability, The Hangar offers several classes during the week that are included in the cost of membership. We are currently are on a schedule of 7:30 am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday for an hour long class that is sure to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. This is a high intensity class that includes movements that will produce results for beginners to veterans alike.

FOR THE TRAINER

If you're a freelance trainer looking for a facility to take your clientele to the next level, we've got just the spot. We're happy to be able to host trainers in our state-of-the-art facility. We'd love to chat more about the possibilities to promote fitness in our community, and help you succeed.
